Keith Niles is a superintendent with Quality Restorations, one of the largest concrete restoration companies in the Chicagoland area. Keith earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin. He has over 40 years of experience, including façade restoration, plaza restoration, precast fabrication and installation, exposed aggregate matching and decorative concrete matching. He has supervised and participated in the restoration of many concrete structures and also numerous architecturally significant structures. Some of the more notable structures include Frank Lloyd Wright’s Unity Temple, Marina Towers, Baha’I House of Worship, 63rd Street Beach House, Promontory Apartments building. Keith has presented internationally for APT on matching historic concrete.
