Quality Restorations, Inc. is a professional restoration company that specializes in high
rise, parking structure and plaza restoration. Since our inception in the spring of 1984,
we have restored hundreds of buildings in the greater Chicagoland area. Our resume
includes many historically and architecturally significant projects, along with countless
high density residential, commercial and municipal projects. Many of our clients have
been repeat customers of ours due to our high level of workmanship and dedication to
communication throughout the project.

Our approach to each project is simple; we perform our work in the most efficient and
effective way possible to minimize disruption to our client, while still providing the
highest standard of quality. Most of our work is through repeat customers, whether that
be engineers, architects, building managers or facility managers.

Before any project begins, we meet with our clients on site to discuss project goals and
logistics. We also formally submit all proposed materials and/or methods, along with
any pertinent shop drawings. Our preconstruction goal is to ensure that our clients
know what we are doing and how we will do it.
